Just perfect, not rushed or put on, left to own devices, with out a shadow of a doubt, just the best

Whats not to like? The staff are amazing, the room offers a balcony on to the 2nd best beach in the country, the food was good Went to see an incredible show at Gorleston Pavilion. Just had the best time x

Superb

Location was perfect for us as going to the nearby Pavilion Theatre. Excellent view of the beach, sea and sunrise.

A lovely walk in shower, but no door to completely close it off, so water went everywhere. Shower not every powerful.

Absolutely amazing, the upgrade was a wow from us. Thank you to all the staff who looked after us

Chose this hotel as good value for money. We have heard so many great things so we thought we would see for ourselves, did not disappoint. When we checked in we were upgraded to one of their premier rooms, wow, how wonderful, best balcony view ever. Staff were lovey so welcoming and accommodating. Well be back. See you all in 2024

We had a wonderfull weekend stay there,it was very busy at night but the atmosphere was excellent,

Cooked breakfast was first class,they give you a choice on a menu,ther are also vegitarian options as well as continental buffet,

Please refurbish this room and adjust the rate for the size of it if you want repeat business

Staff and breakfast were very good, and a credit to the Hotel

I just thought it was VERY overpriced for the room that I was given. The room was cramped and tired. Radiator working but broken at one end. Loo roll holder hanging off the wall. Television has been replaced and the surround of it was awful Bathroom extractor fan not working, unfortunately as it seems in most hotels these days. Can hear all activity along the corridor and adjoining room.
