Amazing staff, simple accomodation, loud, noisy neighbours

The staff was very friendly and helpful. All very respectful and eager to help.

I did not like the fact that the club opposite the resort played loud music every evening from 10h00 to 02h30!!!!! This was not advertised/mentioned when I made the booking.

Nice beach and longtailboats to bring you to thr places around.

Very helpful staff.

The bed was very hard, but we asked for a topmadrass after the first night and they provided without any problem.

Superb

Friendly Relaxation with a family vibe

The staff were fantastic, the beach was just the right balance of quiet and interesting. The rooms were nice. The new years eve celebration was excellent and all of the staff who participated did a really great job of making us smile even though they were so busy.

The beds were a little bit hard but otherwise the room was nice.

Relaxing holiday

Location is amazing with cottages having lovely views over the sea. Away from the busy areas. Very relaxing with beaches like you see only on pictures :)

Kind staff but feels a bit chaotic and stressed. Perhaps it was the holiday year-end peak :) One to one, the staff is very friendly (except there is this one older man working at the dinner). Also the aircon is right above the bed, not ideal.

Basic accomodation, ok beach and corels in front, help with lugguage

Accomodation given was lower category than booked. No refund or excuse for it, fore detector did not work,, fridge was noisy, mattress were too hard to sleep comfortable, no noise isolation, hot water was not working.

We loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again

Dont listen to the bad reviews this place is an absolute gem. Very quiet and romantic surroundings and a super nice private beach. The breakfast and the beachfront bar were superb. The reception staff were super attentive and helpful. The staff looked very happy and the photos dont show how nice this place really is. We stay two nights in the Holiday inn next door to the Natural and the later one is way more value for many and the staff are more English speaking and helpful here at the Natural. However the rooms are more nicer at the Holiday resort. The staff here has also set up cute little swings and benches all over the property which was very nice.

The rooms are a bit old and need renovation and the beds are pretty hard. Despite that we would definitely stay here again.
