Great location, close enough to walk to all the action, very relaxing. Good breakfast.

Loved the hut room. very nice. the music from local beach bands were not as bad as I thought they would be, just a beat really. used ear plugs, no problem at all. room clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the Thai massages out by the beach/pool. Breakfast good, wished they started earlier (open at 7am) for scuba divers like me who had to be at the dive meeting spot by 7:30am. This was the furthest spot on the beach, so a short walk from town, but totally worth it to be away from all the chaos of the beach bars, etc. Could easily walk to them along the beach though. I recommend this for people that don't want to be right in the center of the loud chaos, but still able to walk to town/docks etc. Also, I recommend taking the free kayak around the point, The snorkeling is amazing just easy to beach the kayak and have amazing snorkeling. Take a mask!!

The staff at the pool bar we're not very friendly. The one guy never smiled, ever. It seemed like I was bothering them when I asked for stuff. All other staff members were fine. And the ladies at the Thai massage were very nice.

Delicious food ruined by unbearable music

The bungalow look so cute. The alleys, the pool and definitely the food served at the restaurant was perfect

Couldnt sleep as a bar nearby wasnt respecting the sounds proof , hearing the bass none stop from 1pm to 3am is really not relaxing ending up with headache for the entire stay. Shame

Phi phi is loud, and bamboo rooms are massively flawed. Pool area is excellent though.

Its pretty. As per pics, really well presented. Good bed. Best bit is, by far, the pool area. Great pool, comfy loungers, massage next to it overlooking the sea, a few inflatables to share, palm trees and umbrellas for good shade coverage and swim up pool bar and its not too pricey. Good and varied breakfast in a lovely restaurant.

As per multiple other reviews on here and google - the noise coming from one particularly late night bar/club is quite astonishing. Every night until 3am - sounds beams along the beach and unfortunately is sort of trapped by the mountain the hotel is next to, so it reverberates a lot. On top of this, if the hotel was built after it was known about that bar operation (and nobody on the island has put a stop to it yet), then their choice to make everything out of bamboo (whilst looking great, has zero noise insulation) is a massive faux pas. Additionally - it is the tropics and mosquitoes are everywhere, but - another failing of the bamboo rooms is that in the bathroom there are significant gaps (design fail, not broken) which let mosquitoes in. And there are a lot because the room is surrounded by well hydrated tropical plants. Good bug repellent is essential for survival here. Breakfast is very good; lunch a la carte, much less so. Not bad - but underwhelming. On the last day our room, and I think air con, smelt of sewage - we were happy to leave.

Paradise a hidden gem

The location was great, the service fantastic especially the one waiter Bill, he really went out of his way for my family. Everyone just tried to make the holiday special. Great breakfast

A little small with the extra bed for my son and our room wasnt always attended to although we did hang the sign out early

Very noisy stay with no sleep

Pool and rooms are lovely, nicely decorated resort.

The resort is at the end of the beach, along the beach there are lots of bars/ clubs that play loud music until around 3-4am. I had read this online so requested a quiet room further back from the beach. We were given a front row room which was one of the noisier rooms. The rooms are huts so no soundproofing at all. We didnt sleep the whole night until it stopped. We were then woken up at 7am by people walking past going for breakfast and the staff setting up for the day. I raised this to reception who just apologised and said there was nothing they could do. We decided to leave and book into another hotel not on the strip. After later requesting to check out the early and have a refund, informing them we had booked somewhere else, they said they couldnt refund us but would give us another room. At this time we had already booked another hotel so was pointless. I would not stay there again. Maybe some times of the year it is quieter when there are less tourists.

Beautiful hotel but not for non-party couples, no a hotel to sleep at night quietly

The staff was very kind and helpful, it was very clean and we enjoyed the food in the hotel because outside the hotel we personally couldn't eat.

The only down thing about this beautiful hotel is that the music at night is super loud until 2.30 am and us as a couple we didn't like it, because we don't like going to pool parties and we wanted to sleep as we needed to relax and wanted to enjoy our honeymoon. We understand that Phi Phi island is for party, so we didn't complain, I think we did a mistake to come to island for our honeymoon

Wonderful resort, yes Phi Phi Don is loud from 8pm to 2:30am and the bamboo huts are not sound protected, but with ear plugs that are provided in the room you dont hear it anymore. Loud noise is not the fault of the resort.
