Broken AC. Control, broken handles, not the cleanest that I have stayed, for a 4 star hotel it was less than a 2 star room.

Very nice hotel perfect location and the suite was amazing with small balcony and perfect view of the grand canal the only negative was that we booked the suite and we didnt even had a bottle of water or tea in the room everything else was amazing
