Outstanding service, beautiful hotel, and the best breakfasts weve ever had.

From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty! This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service, comfort, location, and especially the breakfasts. The breakfast were luxuriously sumptuous, and the staff was exceedingly attentive. This was my favorite hotel of any we have stayed in.

Superb

Great hotel and service.

The location was great only a few minutes to the famous Champs Elysees. Good breakfast. Good size room and bathroom. All amenities needed. Smart TV with chromecast to cast anything you want from laptop or mobile, very helpful staff. Great value for money.

Le Tsuba was an absolute gem. The location was absolutely perfect for my weekend away! I asked for an early check in and they made the necessary arrangements to have the room ready! I managed to take my meetings and spend the day working with no disruptions. I loved the room, bigger than what youd get in Paris and it was clean and well maintained. I loved the little bar area, great for my pictures but also a great place to chill after a long day out and about. The bar staff is so friendly. Thank you Joseph for taking care of us! The staff was so great! Thank you so much Iba for making our stay so so lovely! Felt like royalty! Overall, the location, the staff and the property was 10/10. I definitely cant wait to be back! I didnt have an opportunity to explore the spa but from my experience Im pretty sure it is amazing.

Not much to dislike. I definitely think that they need to advertise more of the places around to eat and explore considering they have a limited menu.

Staff was very friendly during checkin and checkout. Cleanliness was perfect. Room size is vvery good compared to Paris downtown hotels.

I asked for a drink around 11.00. The bar personnel was gone and I've asked it from the staff at the desk. Staff didn't bother to get up and give me a drink from the bar which is 20 metres apart from the reception desk. He told me that bar was closed, which I didn't appreciate. Also, the bed sheets are probably wrinkle-free (didnt check) and I have a sensitive skin and had to sleep in bathrobes.

Location was not bad. Room was nice and comfortable.

I was first given a room next to the road. It was very noisy. If you are a light-sleeper like me and don't care for views outside your window, please ask for a room that is not next to the road.

This is a strange place. In appearance it is fashionable and beautiful, but the details say that this is just a illusion. For example, a large bed is two single beds pushed together, the mattresses are hard and move apart at night, so no matter what bed you book, you will sleep in a single bed. Old, shabby, crumpled pillows in the rooms and generally uncomfortable beds. GYM and sauna must be booked in advance. But you still won't be able to do anything in GYM since it's a tiny tiny room with three dumbbells and three old machines. Expensive and overrated place. This level of service is simply not worth the money I paid.
