Needs a revamp

The location was great and the staff were friendly

Mould growing on the tiles in the shower, disgustingly dirty air vent near the toilet, no proper shower heads, the shower curtain was torn and too small, the shower wet the entire bathroom floor and the bathroom floor tiles are super slippery. The electrical plugs are dangerous and in very inconvenient places. The TV has poor reception and only has Thai channels.

The importance of hiring a good photographer

The location was really good. In front of the hotel there's a massage place which is amazing.

The pictures are better than reality and for the price, even though it's really good, there's better places in Chiang Mai.

Nice staff and good location but needs renewal

Location is great in a walking distance from anywhere in the old city. Staff were also kind and polite. Mattress and pillows comfortable.

Unfortunately the bathroom had a really bad smell. We had to leave the ventilation of the bathroom working all night because of that. The furniture were not old but heavily used and should be renewed. We stayed in the ground floor and there was not much light in the room
