Disappointing

Not satisfied

The staff was really friendly and accommodating.

The bed was uncomfortable. The walls and ceiling thin and we could hear the upstairs guests stomping around. The continental breakfast was not good. And the view was ok.

I Will not stay at the Oxford Hotel again!

Breakfast, large room, Location

The hotel does not make up your room daily. Even when I asked them to they still didnt do it. For the money they charge they should make up your room. The hotel cleans the room the first night when you checkin. The other nights are the same rate but they do not clean your room, they should give you a discount if the arent going the provide the same service as the first night.

The online check in/out and requests really need to be better. Especially if you want people who have extended stays and multiple rooms to use it. Everything else was fantastic.

As expected. I will stay again.

We always enjoy our stay at the Oxford. Was unable to take advantage of the evening "cocktail" hour, but obviously plenty of people were enjoying the Bistro. Breakfast was great as always; professional, friendly staff; great food.

Bathroom was small. Hotel was noisy. However, there was apparently a youth hockey tournament in town and many of the families were at the hotel. Although it was a bit crowded and noisy, happy kids having fun is never a negative.

The people who serve and work and try to survive on their megar income are applauded !

Nice, and well presented

I know it's important to cover all the bases and overhead but the cost for a room is extreme for anyone on a limited or fixed income. It's important to feel safe and have clean well staffed facilities. It limits my ability to travel and contribute to the overall community. The corporate top heavy decisions will and do affect humanity in a long term projection and the people that provide that steady inflow of revenue are slowly being squeezed out.....there must be ways to limit government taxes and greed and allow a better free flow of economy from the top down. Fear of "not enough", drives this greed and it unfortunately attracts "not enough"!
