Superb

I would stay here again

Very good location and rooms were clean and comfortable.

I asked for a wake up call, as I always worry when I have a flight to catch so I back up phone alarm with wake up call, but they failed to call me, so I was very unhappy with that.

Convenient to the Air Port/Great price

We loved how close it was to the air port. Very convenient! Surprisingly, we didn't hear any air port noise either. Liked the extra couch/trundle bed. Breakfast was good.

Our refrigerator did not work. The beds were not comfortable(very hard). Our room was very hot. We could not get the air to go below 70. Did not like the set up of the shower. You had to get completely in the the shower to turn it on, so you got hit with freezing cold water.

Beware if you need to cancel the morning of your reservation!

Close to the airport terminal.

I found out too late that this hotel is NOT pet friendly, and had to cancel my room at 6:00 the morning of my reserved room. Most hotels let you cancel up to check in time with no penalty. Not this hotel, I found out! So I was charged $150 for my room even though I cancelled it with plenty of notice, then right after that I reserved a room at a hotel a block away for $40 less that is pet friendly the same day. In fact, I cancelled two future reservations at this hotel due to being charged for a room I could not stay in this time. I will NEVER stay at this hotel as their customer service sucks, they aren't pet friendly, and the other hotel offers free airport shuttle rides, so minimum walking is involved from one place to the other.

Very comfortable!

The eggs and sausage could be better in the breakfast, the sausage is very greasy and the powdered eggs, neither of which settle on my stomach. But overall the rest is good.

Location, style, comfort

The man working at the front desk when we checked in didnt want to let us check in a bit early. Ultimately he did, but wasnt very welcoming. Not cordial at all.
