Hotel exceeded our expectations and the front desk person at check in was very accommodating and friendly!

Beautiful views, very clean and upscale everything.

Some restaurants were closed due to slow season.

We are already thinking about coming back !

Excellent hotel for a family gateway. We were looking for a family friendly location and we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. A lot of activities are dedicated to children. Staff is really kind and helpful.

Overpriced for what it is, very comfy bed though

Beautiful location, view from restaurant and terrace are stunning. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Beautiful grounds

Spa only open 10am-5pm, amenities not my preference, staff was polite and nice but not overly concerned with hospitality

Great stay for our Anniversary!

The staff was great! Very professional and very helpful, from the bell men, valet, front desk, restaurant staff were all exceptional.

The lack of food option, especially late in the evening.

Perfect family destination for short stay in Austin area.

Excellent, responsive staff and beautiful setting.

Minor maintenance issues that were promptly attendees to by staff. Overall very pleased.

Could have been better.

The patio for smores was nice and clean. The hotel was clean. Staff were the best!

Breakfast was below average for the price. Not a good selection for buffet. You can get a better breakfast at a normal hotel. Pools were over crowded and could not access the hot tube if you werent over 18. And if you have issues with stairs this place is not accessible for people with mobility issues.
