Very good

Modern and spacious apartment with the best view in a very clean and quite residential block.

Top location and the view from our room and balcony was exceptional. Spacious modern apartment and very quite. We loved it!

It was too hard and cumbersome to get in to the building and the apartment. Too many codes and passwords, needs to be simplified somehow.

Holiday week in Austin

The location was great for walking places in downtown Austin. We were close to our daughter and coffee shops/restaurants and other attractions. We loved having the kitchen for morning coffee/breakfast. We also were really happy to have the washer/dryer so we didn't have to pack as much and could do laundry during the week we were there. The place was clean and safe.

We were informed about the construction across the street but not that it would be going on at 1am which happened one night that we were there. I really wish there were darker blinds in the bedroom; the outside lights kept me awake until I remembered I had a sleep mask from the flight. Recommend using the sleep machine that is provided even if it's quiet when you go to sleep. I'm assuming the construction across the street will be finished in the near future and then this place will be the perfect place to stay!

I think I'll come back later if I have a stop in Austin.

The security is very thorough and close to downtown, so the location is good. The check-in instructions were very well made, so I followed the procedures when entering the accommodation. It was very clean and warm inside the house.

Nice place to stay but construction side next door can be noisy in the morning.

Great location, clean room, nice amenities.

The key - plastic card - did not work in the elevator, had to ask other people in the building to help. Guys helping us said that casa visitors often struggle with key cards. Construction side kicked in next morning and it became a bit noisy.

Great location, excellent staff but not worth $1000 per night. Construction across the street wakes u up very early morn

Great location

Inadequate glasses, cups and dishes. Required 3 phone calls and 2 days to have issue resolved. This is a 2 Bedroom/2 Bath apartment but the glassware and dish ware was adequate for a single traveler. The two chairs in the living room appeared to be covered with human stains.

Very good

Very good value for the money. Modern, clean apartment in a very good location.

Modern, clean apartment in an excellent location with good restaurants easily accessible on foot. The kitchen was well equipped and in good condition. Museums and restaurants were within easy walking distance.

The elevator security system was very slow to respond and the closest decent grocery store was a bit far to access on foot.
