The reviewers had a great time at Ocean Coral Spring Resort - All Inclusive. The food was delicious and the staff, particularly Chef Carine and Shane at Martha's Market, were attentive and friendly. (Read More)They also praised Ricardo Anderson from room service. The entertainment was enjoyable, and the swim-up room was worth it. The reviewers felt safe during their stay. The loyalty program and activities for kids were also appreciated. Overall, the experience was wonderful and they would recommend the resort.

Good food options, air conditioning worked

The shower did not drain properly (yuck), water didnt get hot in the shower and the bed was too firm. In my experience 5 star establishments dont have these types of issues. The concierge calling at 8am was rude if I want to participate in promotion I will dont try to bully a family on vacation to come to a promotional breakfast!! I was clear that we were tired and did not want to be up that early, she called anyway and then called a second day, I had to unplug the phone to sleep in. Paying customers should be respected Im a hard working mother who wanted to sleep in on her vacation!!

Lovely spot , food ok , service not great.

Lovely location, new build and the beach views were great. Nice pool area.

The service was extremely inconsistent, some staff were lovely but a lot were miserable and really unhelpful. We waited over three hours to have a wall light fixed that had fell off the wall. We were in the Privilege section as well.

Besides the one time I saw a roach going into the bathroom , everything was okay

Everything else was amazing, food cooked to American style , if you wont real Jamaican food you have to leave the resort

Martha's market is the best on property

My friends and I recently stayed at Ocean Coral Spring, and the overall experience fell short of expectations. Despite a room upgrade for a birthday celebration, the upgraded rooms were disappointing, with issues like dirty sheets, upholstery, a thin pull-out mattress, and poorly maintained bathroom tiles and fixtures (see pictures) The poor customer service further marred our stay. The Sakura restaurant was closed, leading us to opt for the Thai restaurant, where we encountered unfriendly and unprofessional service from the hostess. This lack of hospitality was not limited to us as locals but also extended to international guests, leaving us embarrassed and disheartened. Miscommunication added to the frustration, as a gate pass given at checkout caused confusion at a restaurant, almost resulting in the confiscation of what was supposed to be a simple exit pass. Additionally, the hotel's attempt to segregate guests through a "privilege" club and constant upselling left a negative impression. Despite expressing our concerns at checkout, the front desk dismissed us with an unprofessional "Oh, hush." The inconsistency in room quality, poor service, and communication issues made our stay far from enjoyable. We hope the hotel addresses these issues for the benefit of future guests.
