Ocean Eden Bay is on my repeat list.

The property was very clean, the room was excellent, staff quiet friendly and the atmosphere was extremely peaceful. The food options for Breakfast, lunch and dinner were good. My husband was impressed with the options for dinner

The room and facilities resturant. Houskeeping was good

Free shuttle was advertise but had to pay a taxi. The steamer in the room didn"t work. Kept asking and no replacement. We couldn't iron our clothes to go out to dinner. The last day we had to go to a family member house to iron our clothes for a funeral.. very disapointment

Did not even stay a full 24hours and packed up and left. The vibe was just OFF, and the staff werent helpful at all (un

False advertising on location, not actually located in Montego Bay. Room wasnt properly cleaned upon arrival, sent someone up to clean and still had the same hairs and trash from the previous guest that stayed in the room. Walked around for 1 1/2 hour looking for the photographers to take pictures and couldnt find one in site nor at their Photo Booth store.

The staff were awesome. Everyone I encountered were just so accommodating .

Cleaning crew seems underpaid and overworked. The cleaning wasnt the best.

I like the records but couldve been more organized.

Cleanliness, conforming, accommodating.

Late on bed change , fridge restocking and check in took a while . Arrived 3 pm and checking wasnt completed until 6 pm . Had to walk the premises for food and none available.
