I had an amazing Butler Junior. The stay was amazing and I was able to come and do nothing at all. He serviced me around the clock. I would come back just off the basis of his services

No heated pools No 24 hour room service. You have a lot of gaps in the services

The room was nice.

The staff was negligent they left a puddle of water near the stairs by the elevator, I slipped and fell and broke my tailbone.The staff was very dismissive even though they saw the whole thing on camera. Didn't even get an apology.They lied and said the Mexican restaurant would open which never happened. There were only 3 restaurants to chose from.The tatted guy doing jerk chicken on the beach was the only food worth eating. Waiters, servers and hostess were good, but that managerial staff needs work. I logged my complaints with Raquel one of the managers upon my departure 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear from them. Do not go to this place.
