Excellent

I had such a fantastic time during my recent stay at hotel Tucancun. The food, pool and entertainment were excellent. The staff were also so friendly which I particularly appreciated as a solo female traveller. They put me at ease as it was my first time staying in a hotel alone. Id like to mention the company of Vicente in the Italian restaurant on my first night (making sure I had plenty of wine and chatting to me so I didnt feel awkward!) and also Jair with the karaoke (providing an enthusiastic duet partner) and being very patient teaching me some dance moves at the pool!! I will definitely be returning as I had such a wonderful time!

If you are not very picky and want to pay a bit less probably would be a fit for you,if you want a unforgettable vacatio

I like the staff, they were nice and smiley

The food is very repetitive and some not good, and lots of products are multiplied with water "to be enough for all inclusive customers" such as cocktails/sauces/Juices/ice-cream, and list could go on. I also paid for a double bedroom and I received a twin bed for the first two nights with the excuse "we don't have it available" , but is not very pleasant to go in vacation with your partner and sleep in different beds.
