Was good, but totally could be more accountable the service

Location, spots and view

Need more organization, you cant be waiting for attention at the reception for more than 40 minutes. Also, it is important to train all the employees to answer question or at least bring clarity to your inquiries

Tower B room is okay but not tower A. Management doesnt care about customer time much.

ocean view and access was good. Proximity to pharmacy and basic essentials was good.

We have a ocean view room but for the first few days we had a room on 3rd floor in tower A with view covered by coconut trees. They took 2 days to move us to a different room which was okay. But they made us check out at 12 , wait in lobby and gave the room at 3 pm. But when we wanted late checkout, they didnt give us that time back either. The room in tower A was too bad. It is old with broken sync, dirty toilet and cold shower water. Room in tower B was okay but bathrooms dont have exhaust fans. So gues what could happen.

unfortunately, the hotel is not in a good condition, and the quality of the food is very poor, in particular the breakfast, the restaurant smells bad.

Cool hotel

It has a good location, walkable distance to the beach also they were performing Mexican shows at night.

I found a lot of garbage at the sand beach on my morning walks because the hotel its nearby a public entrance.

Good for a short getaway.

Good location, right next to the beach, great pool with great views. All inclusive was nice to have, their fancy restaurant had some meals included in the package too which changed it up from the buffet dinner.

Unable to adjust air conditioning making it very cold at night time as we were unable to turn off. Floor were dirty in room but wasnt the end of the world, shower ran out of hot water a few times requiring maintenance to sort. Water was leaking into window when it rained but sounds like a housekeeper issue in the morning as it didnt affect us too much
