Awesome!!!

The hotel was amazing!! The rooms were nicely sized and well furnished. The decor was really cool. The breakfast had a huge selection of amazing food. The room service food was amazing as well! They have the coolest room service robot! a real novelty!

It was not clear to us that their pet policy was for dogs only up to 9 kilo but they let our dog stay with us anyway :) and they were very nice about it

Overall it was very nice, the hotel served the reason for which we came to Tel Aviv

*location is very comfortable for main transportation. *The Room was Nice and clean. *the reception staff was very nice and find solution to all our problems.

* The security guards at the hotel entrance were not nice. They didn't warn us about the revolving door at the entrance that she goes into work ahead of time, nor do they say hello or good evening. * We were upgraded to a large and luxurious room after we were disappointed with the first room (towels were not clean, sheets were torn). * Breakfast could be improved.

The hotel was awesome, location is very convenient, and the bed were super comfortable. The cleaning man from floor 9 was super helpful and kind.

The security guard was rude and helpless at night, he kept me for almost 8 mins outside the hotel because I told him I forgot my key cards, even thought I gave him my name and my room number. Its been very unconventional.
