Beautiful beach stay!

We had a lovely stay with our 18 month old daughter. We were kindly upgraded to a huge room with a terrace that included an outdoor dining table and daybed as well as a separate balcony overlooking the sea. The staff were all friendly and super helpful. Talia especially offered to come with us to buy our bus passes and help translate at the shop which we really appreciated. The room had everything we needed to cook meals inside and strong air conditioning (in the main area only, not bedroom) which was good for the summer heatwave. Great location across the road from the beach (with kids beach toys and shade canopies to borrow!) and near lots of restaurants. The cafe downstairs makes a great coffee! We used the hotel car transfer to and from the airport with their baby car seat included which worked well with a friendly, punctual driver.

Maybe some variety in the daily breakfast boxes would have been nice as we were there for a week, but everything included was delicious!

I had an amazing stay at Renoma! The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the beach, restaurants, and attractions. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the apartment was exceptionally well-equipped with everything, including a washing machine. The staff was incredibly responsive and efficient in addressing any queries. Thank you for making my stay truly memorable.

Incredible customer service- so many special touches- baked goods delivered to your room each morning, beach tent set up with cold water and beer, a whatsapp direct chat with staff who ensures you have everything you need at all times.
