Superb

Service, happy hour, location, staff, rooms, all great.

Breakfast was at the Cinema hotel across the road and the food was very basic, limited and low quality. Very disappointed.

Couldn't check in due to absent staff, and when he arrived, he was rude

As someone who stays in Tel Aviv hotels weekly for work, this was the worst experience I had, such impoliteness and a complete lack of care are rare even for Israeli standards. I arrived late at night, extremely tired, and found the reception unattended. I waited about 20-30 minutes, switching between inside and outside looking for a hotel staff member. The phone numbers provided at the reception and listed on google didn't work. when the staff member finally arrived with the food he went to buy he was far from apologetic, showed minimal interest, and then kept me there for an additional 15 minutes trying to charge my card, which he failed to do.

We are very pleased with our choice!The people we are very friendly and willing to help.The location is perfect. Our room was fantastic, with a nice balcony .The breakfast was fantastic with many choices. I enjoyed the tea and sweet station in the reception!!

Perfect small hotel in a perfect location

The location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help you out. Their rooftop terrace is lovely and the happy hour concept was very nice. I never got a no for an answer from them.

Value for money. Excellent workers. Great location.

The staff were great. They are all amazing people, ready to help, kind. (expect one young guy, not to mention) Breakfast was rich and delicious. You could also try something local, from Israel. Location is perfect. Just 15 minutes on foot to the beach (public, free) and surroundings are cafes, restaurant, supermarket what you need. Room was clean, refrigerator was full of drinks for us. Coffee machine was also available. Everyday, there was happy hour on the roof. That means free alcohol and appetisers. Everything was great. Highly recommend.

If you come by car, it is hard to find parking spaces. You have to pay so much money. But hotel has an agreement with a parking lot (70NIS for 24Hours).
