A 10/10 stay, absolutely exceptional

We had a wonderful stay. The owners are so friendly and helpful in every way and it made the stay feel very personal. We were three adults travelling together, so we were given connected rooms, which was super. The rooms and the hotel throughout was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was great. I will definitely return here when I come back to Blackpool.

Number One really is number one!

The room was gorgeous, every comfort considered, and the food was both beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. The staff and owner were great company too.

I would have preferred the option of an evening meal and also a fridge in the room.

A Great Hotel for those seeking that little bit of extra luxury.

The room was very comfortable and the staff, most friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and generous with a great variety of dishes on offer. The whirlpool bath was a welcome luxury and having towelling robes and slippers provided was a lovely touch.

There was nothing about the hotel we didn't like., but sadly Blackpool itself has sadly become a bit of a run down resort. I first visited in the 1970s and there was nothing like the number of closed down and derelict premises as there are today. That said, it still has that certain charm that appeals to me and I will be back.

Very pleasant hotel, clean modern and a little hidden gem in Blackpool. Staff were great, attentive and more importantly took the time to talk to all their guests, nothing mechanical just very pleasant hosts.. everyone at the hotel including the owners made you feel very welcome.. Abbie especially was great.. would highly recommend
