Absolutely loved every,great hosts on arrival and throughout the stay.really enjoyed breakfast,fresh warm quisaunts were delicious,our room was comfortable and clean,it had everything we needed and our hosts were able to accommodate us in every way,the location was great right near the beach,well within walking distance of shops,pubs and entertainment,we had sessions in the sauna and jacuzzi,this was fabulous and relaxing.i would recommend this hotel and we will definitely be staying here again.

The very rude man next door, because we went to the wrong hotel and instead of him telling us our hotel was literally next instead he gave us abuse and told us to go away,I wouldn't recommend staying next with that kind of welcome, absolutely disgusting

Fantastic hosts and hotel

I can't fault my stay at The Chatwal Boutique Hotel. The room was clean, spacious and decorated to give it a lovely light and fresh feel. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything worked, there was plenty of storage space - both shelving and hanging, a modern TV and kettle etc. The en suite bathroom was large and immaculately clean with a nice shower. Both of which were equipped as they should be. Julius and Dreda are so kind and friendly, which really made me feel welcome and comfortable as soon as I arrived. Nothing was too much trouble, incredible how much Julius and Dreda went out of their way to assist me. The food was fantastic, Jerk chicken for dinner a must try as is the cooked breakfast. I spent most of the night at the well-stocked bar speaking to Julius and Dreda and listening to music a great night. Amazing stay. I am so happy that I found this hotel in Blackpool; I shall definitely be booking again in the New Year. I can recommend this as a perfect place to stay for anyone wishing to visit Blackpool.

Great place to stay

From start to finish the customer service was fantastic. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was very enjoyable.

I think it would be fair to offer cooked breakfast with an additional cost rather than full price. However the continental was more than enough for me.

It was neither Boutique or Chic and these words should be removed from your website.

It was convenient for the sea front and the Golden Mile.

The website was totally misleading. From the outside it looked awful and my wife didnt want to stay there. Decor poor inside and although it had been recently decorated the standard was poor. It came with Continental breakfast which was also poor, no choice of yoghurt or cold meats, no granola or muesli either. It was not worth 300 for two nights!!! Access to the parking was very very narrow and my car was blocked in for most of our stay as the driveway was shared with next door who blocked it with their cars and wouldnt move them when asked nicely to move them. Absolutely disgraceful.
