We were disappointed.

Friendly team, good service, very good location, delicious breakfast

There were seven of us, all family members. We got rooms on different floors. In order to reach each other, it was necessary to use TWO elevators! Since the morning, there was construction work behind the wall, and our child is sensitive to noise, so we didn't rest at all. Later, they changed our room, but to a smaller one. We also paid 50 euros more than the amount indicated in the reservation. And some small issues: The soap bottle was empty, the bathroom lock was broken, the trash can lid was not working.

Friendly staff and quite clean hotel. is a bulky hotel. If you know what you buy you will not be disappointed but not surprised also positively. Breakfast is quite good with plenty of selection but with average to good quality of products. Variety of coffee in breakfast should be changed. Is not good. In the other hand it had Nespresso machine in room which is a nice amenity

rooms are quite small. Superior with standard rooms are almost the same. If you are a family of 2 you will find the rooms quite smalls. During NY eve was crowdy but they had handle and noisy but it was somehow expected.

Good for a business travel

The view from the hotel is amazing - worth the upgrade. The location is very convenient, close to the train station or airport bus stop (and city centre in general). The room is comfortable. The gym is quite small, but handy. Very good breakfast.

I could hear the lift and the tram noise in my room - I am glad I had earplugs with me for the night. There were also some works happening at the hotel, but that was only during the day (the staff apologised in advance for it).
