In a last-minute bid to impart a surprise embellishment to our room, I encountered an unforeseen challenge due to early closures. To my sheer delight, the staff ingeniously orchestrated a delightful ensemble featuring a small cake and a bottle, graciously provided without charge. This gesture epitomizes the epitome of true luxurya harmonious blend of opulence and a profound human touch. Having previously worked within the realm of luxury, my discerning eye for customer satisfaction found commendable resonance in their meticulous service.

Location, staff, cleanliness, atmosphere, premium lounge restaurant, and the food, especially breakfast.

Room was too small for the three people we booked. We'd planned for a fourth person for one of the nights but there was no room, despite it being noted on our booking. Staff member, on that occasion, was unhelpful. Staff also did not explain the hub adequately. Otherwise, it would have been 10/10 all the way.

Very good

The facilities were excellent, especially the bathroom. My friends and I really enjoyed the shower. The breakfast was very good. It had a lot of choices from where to choose from. The staff were very nice and helpful. When we wanted our rook cleaned, they cleaned it and also gave us coffee and water every time they cleaned it. When we requested more water, they came to give us more water. When we wanted to keep our luggage and bags at the hotel after we checked out, they did this without a problem.

The sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it was good enough for myself. The thing I really didn't like from the beds was the pillows as they were quite flat. The toilet seat was dirty when we checked into the room, but after we told them, it was cleaned immediately.

Superb

One of the most amazing breakfasts I had in several years. For those of you who like smoked fish, this is the place. At least 5 different types. Truly outstanding. The dinner was a bit pricey, and the sport facilities a bit small. But the whole experience was very positive. If I get back I will probably return.
