NEW YEAR without champagne and fruits/ LATE ARRIVAL

I love this hotel,,, beautiful view from our window, lil balcony, fresh air, coffee machine in the room, electric kettle, douche robe, all the necessary toiletries, no smoking room and smells very fresh, large bed with comfortable mattress and soft- nicely smells bedsheets, large TV, nice location, very friendly staff, amazing breakfast.

NEW YEAR. We arrived around 04:00AM (after long trip 2 days) on the 1st JAN- NEW YEAR (paid 200$ for this full night), hungry, everything was closed. At least we could get a bottle of champagne and fruits as a gift :((

The information in the booking is not correct, it said that the hotel has sauna, which it doesnt Also, the initial room we were given was dirty, but the staff changed our room really fast

Amazing breakfast, top notch customer servivce and perfect location!

The location, very close to Tram and they offer an amazing breakfast buffet! Customer service were top notch since this was our first time visiting Warsaw.

We have noticed that the carpets were really dirty, black spots in most of them. The room is a bit dated.

this is the place to stay in warsaw

In the Epicenter of Warsaw, could reach anywhere just in time. The location, the placement of just around the corner, the politeness of staff made me stay here for the 5 time. more stays to come in future if it stays the same.

Prices could have been little lower.
