Minor hiccups in reservation but food in hotel and surroundings made it a worthwhile trip

Great location. Very center of town and walking distance to tourist attractions, restaurants and a host of other shops. A true foodie would love this location as the best of Malaysian food can be found nearby.

We received email confirmation that the additional bed allocated would cost just under rm70 for the whole stay. However during check in, this amount tripled and we had no choice but to pay the additional amount despite showing staff our email confirmation of costing which was sent by their own employees.

Good and clean!

Great location in the centre of town and close to Lake Gardens! Breakfast had a lot of choices!

Would have been nice to be able to choose fresh fruit juice at breakfast instead of some kind of syrup!

Very comfortable. And location very good, staff also friendly. Breakfast very good and more choices.

Some light are not functional. Please repair it. Bedsheet cover not clean still can see the stains, coffee or blood mark and they didnt change a new bedsheet cover we keep using the same until 4days. Keep improving
