An excellent hotel. Luxurious and relaxed.

The hotel was perfectly beautiful. Scandinavian design as expected, clean, elegant yet comfortable and cozy. The staff was absolutely fantastic. So friendly and made me feel very welcome and at home. they helped with everything and made me feel very well taken care of.

I wouldve preferred to be even more central

Location

Rooms are tiny and dont have amenities. Equipment in the room is broken and you cant access room service. They didnt change bed sheets until I chased them. Sauna wasnt working or turned on most of times. Breakfast wasnt good. Overall minor stuff but when you pay such expensive stuff you expect more.

Location was OK but ideally would be a bit nearer cafes and restaurants.

Superb

We loved Copenhagen and had a good visit.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The beds were wonderful--I wanted to bring one home. The location couldn't have been better, and we were able to enjoy a good view of the city and to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast got us off to a good start each day, and we had a nice dinner in the restaurant one night.

Our room the first night was perfectly good, but it was small.
