Great service. Reception personnel were great. Great breakfast. Nice room with good view. Good location. Okay gym.

The major drawdown of this hotel is the lack of any sort of sauna/spa facility. Other things were minor: no freshly pressed orange juice at the breakfast; gym was okay but *could* have been more extensively equipped.

Well located. Breakfast excellent. Staff very efficient.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was not over crowded, with variety of choices. Staff super efficient.

Temperature knob of the shower was stuck. Made request at the reception to get it fixed, but nothing was done. Couldnt modify the shower temperature.

Great hotel to spend your NYE

Room was luxurious and clean. Heat floors in the bathrooms make coming out of the shower a treat. Bathrooms and slippers were comfy. Location was good, it was close to the metro from the airport and to Christiansborg Palace. A bottle of water and refreshment refills were provided daily. Great value for a 5* hotel.

The online room selection didnt work so we were given a default first floor room. Front desk was nice to help us move to a higher floor the next day, this was important to us as we wanted to watch the fireworks on NYE. Cleaning staff did not always take our dirty towels, even when they were on the floor for the purpose of signalling that wed like new towels.

Excellent

The decor of the hotel was really excellent. Very beautiful and comfortable. There was a good range of gluten free eating options and staff were knowledgeable about gluten free. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Clare on reception was very reassuring about gluten free breakfast options. Ugo the concierge sorted out dining in the city for us. Nothing was too much trouble.

The air conditioning. We were in an atrium room which had no windows to open. Whilst the air con gave effective temperature control, we had no access to fresh air.

One of the best hotels that we have stayed until now. We had connecting rooms and my kids (teenagers) enjoyed. Very clean rooms and toilets, bath robes, excellent location and great customer service. Very comfortable beds and pillows. We even went to the extend of trying to procure the pillows from their distributor.

Nothing negative at all. Maybe their restaurant menu can have more options.

Copenhagen is an amazing city, a must visit, carers for all cultures

As expected for type of hotel, very welcoming, front desk staff very attentive and customer relationship manager was exceptionally helpful making bookings in excellent restaurants at short notice and helping with planning other activities, especially at Christmas time. Felt very personalised and she knew our names.

At end of day, part of unwinding is some TV in comfort of your room after busy day, but most channels were unavailable for duration of stay and no English broadcasting nor BBC 24hrs or CNN. On Christmas Eve there was no TV service at all. The TV system did not allow to change spoken language or at least change subtitles to English or other languages we understood
