We were allocated a room that already had guests staying. It was a breach of privacy and there was nothing the hotel staff did about it. They weren't even apologetic about this huge error they have made and the metal stress it put us through. And because of this delay in allocation of the room, their restaurant shut for dinner order and we had to drive around the city to find some food.

Superb

Located at 15 mins from the Amber fort, this heritage styled hotel, offers top class services that are so typical Rajasthani. Rooms are well endowed with premium facilities. A clean swimming pool adds to the beauty of this property. An excellent breakfast buffet spread that is nominally priced at 500. A dedicated sports bar serves a good range of liquor - though the timings at night could be extended by a bit. They have a superb travel desk that provides local city tours and other services.

Hotel cannot meet expectations of foreigners paying twice the rate of locals

The staff (who spoke no English) were willing but poorly trained. The location. The general faxcilities.

The hotel is not managed effectively. We paid twice the rate that the Indians paid. My local friend was horrified at the rate we paid. The staff were keen to help could speak no English. I managed through perseverence to get fried eggs etc for breakfast and tea etc which is what you expect if you are paying 200 night. It would be so simple to transform this hotel into the perfect boutique hotel but I can't see why anyone would return at the prices charged.

Good pictures at property but bad experience with Resteraunt staff. Wont visit again.

Staff at the restaurant are not trained well to take care of guests. Thats the issue we faced every single time we visited the restaurant during our stay.

Good Heritage feel property. We stayed there for 4nights and I enjoyed my stay. Looking from the photo one must feel that it is not a palace vibe n all, but trust me the feel is good and property is having a heritage feel.
