its bad experiance for my family

I booked a family suite room last night, As described by the hotel, room was different and facility was bed, after 15 minuet wait room light came. crockery was to dirty, old and creaked. Room bell was broke. we are suggest that change my room but hotel staff not ready for that. Last night my family have bed experience that property. rate was to high and amenity was less. we are wonder that such a low quality hotel we pay 8000 Rs.

Terrible , would not suggest even a single night

Mosquitoes in the room and hallway, impolite housekeeping staff , non functioning lights , unclean bathroom , uncleared plates of food in the hallways which increases the dirty smell, definitely not worth the money they charge

Only location

Hotel is left alone.. No one is there take care of it. It was like khandahar. Bathrooms spouts and cp fitting were the funniest thing happened to me. Really not worth it. Looked like they built the hotel nice but didn't take care of the maintenance and replacement of damaged products.

Decide for Urself No stay

We selected this only bcoz all other hotels were a bit pricy and far from our work meeting location.

There is no network ( Vodafone, Airtel) also Jio network is a bit sloppy, hotel Wifi is a big dis-appointment. Breakfast palette is minimum, with Poha on all day and additional puri or paratha the other days. Even for dinner the minimum wait time is 30-35 min and food also is not worth the wait. The staff at the restaurant are leat bothered about the guest and many times r busy in their own chores.

no toilet paper no hot water at night no mini fridge no hair dryer flush was half working room service used the same bed sheet after 2 days use breakfast items were minimal service on table was poor extra bed wasnt provided rather provided a double fold blanket as bed night time manager was rude and the prices for extra bed was quoted differently by different managers
