Excellent location, friendly staff and service, airport bus few mins from the hotel takes you directly to airport in less than one hour. MTR opposite the hotel. Very close to Central with plenty of shops around. Air purifier in every room.

Very small issue by the curtain didnt close properly so there was a small gap that let light in

Excellent staff and spacious room

Overall experience was excellent. We stayed in this hotel last year and found we like it a lot. We came for the second time and this time was 15 nights. Room is spacious enough for opening 2 large luggages at the same time. Location is good close to downtown shopping area in walking distance. The staff were polite, proactive, helpful and friendly. Always provided with good solutions. Room had been always cleaned up daily. We had night flight retuning home. They are so nice to allow us having a shower at the gym when we pick up our luggage before our long haul.

Bathroom fixture is dated but clean. Lack of electric socket next to bed for charging my phone but willing to provide extension cord to resolve this.

Superb location

During our four night stay, we splurged for a suite. The extra space certainly enhanced our comfort. In addition to the en-suite bedroom, there was a separate living room and another bathroom. We were on the 21st floor, not particularly high by Hong Kong standards. Outside views were nice since the curved building gave us views to the west and the southwest. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great being directly across the road from the Tin Hau MTR station (Hong Kongs subway system) from where you can go pretty much anywhere. The taxi stand is also a very short walk away, even with luggage. The price, when compared to similar hotels, was not too exorbitant. We will likely stay here again on our next visit to Hong Kong.

Very nice hotel in a great location.

Considering hotel rooms are notoriously small in Hong Kong, this room was quite a decent size. Our room was located up on the 37th floor so the view to the southwest was lovely. The staff were extremely friendly. The primary reasons we selected this hotel was price and its proximity to public transportation. The MTR station (Hong Kongs subway) is directly across the road and a taxi stand is also a very short one minute walk away.

Convenient location, as it is just across the Tin Hau MTR station, and a station away from Causeway Bay, which houses a lot of shops and restaurants. Staff is helpful, efficient and responsive to your request. The room is clean and comfortable even though it was not that spacious.

On our second last day, our beds were not made. Other stuff in the room (such as mineral water, etc.) were replenished but beds were left untouched. Not sure if the staff forgets or in a rush but it was not too a big a deal.

Will consider to stay at this location next visit.

I found the location very convenience, just outside the MTR subway entrance or tramway. Many local stores and restaurant with in 5 minutes walk. The room is considered a good size at this price range.

A little disappointment that the swimming pool was closed in Novemenber when the temperature was above 20C. Also, I was considering to extend one more night - Friday night. However, the price was almost double. I have changed to a nearby hotel for the extra day. Suggest that the hotel can consider to offer an incentive discount for their guest wishing to stay longer.
