Exceptional

We had a fabulous time, we would definitely book this hotel again.

As advertised the view is spectacular! The Falls were right outside our window. We could see the Fireworks show from our suite also.

Cant think of anything negative about the property.

Stay was great for one night and view was beautiful.

The property's location was great, and the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The views were great, and the hot tub was lovely and hot.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, I didnt think it was a 4-star hotel. There was a coffee machine pod, no kettle and disposable cups. There was a washing machine noise that suddenly started at 10 pm, which lasted about 30-40 minutes, which was quite loud.

I love everything about this hotel . From the amenities, staff, the breakfast, the fallsview view, the hot tube and spa. The fireworks were amazing. Overall close to everything we love to do and we dont mind the walk to Clifton hill. We are very loyal guests and this is the only hotel that we stay at during our usual 8 visits a year to Niagara Falls. Thank you for the wonderful services and hospitality

The only thing i wish was the pool was warmer especially in the winter time when its cold out and you just want to have a nice swim in the warm water but just way to cold

We'll be back for the views and great experience.

The room was instantly comfortable and relaxing. It was so lovely to have a large bathroom and a huge window to sit by and watch the view. We stayed over 3 days that were foggy and rainy so the view of the falls was...intermittent and partial, but still spectacular. I know I'll be going back (probably when friends and family visit). It's such a great way to experience the falls. The bed was very comfortable and the room was extremely clean and quiet (despite having families stay on either side of us).

The $39 + tax per day parking is a bit harsh after paying for the room plus amenitie fee. Although it's a perfect location for the view, that part of Niagara is quite horrible otherwise. So trashy/touristy. No one needs that many iHops and Barbecue joints.

Poor and nicer hotels in the area.

The spa is very small, the pictures are deceiving and it was packed. There is no relaxation room, there are loungers but its beside the indoor jacuzzi and its cold and damp. Not worth the money at all. Hotel also tried to overcharge me for the breakfast. I had paid for a room with breakfast and got it to the room. Rather than a tray charge they tried to charge me for breakfast twice.
