Good spot for short stay,

Very good personal, friendly and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our evenings in bar with Emese, which work there. Good location, till old city only 5-7 min by walking,

Breakfast is poor for that money, what you pay, every day is the same. In room was very very hot, difficult to sleep. We tried to fix the hitting but didnt help. Also the room need more light. Also the cleaning was not good,

Location, Cheerful staff especially for working the holiday

This property would be ok for a one night stay but we were staying for several Days (family - 4 rooms) and not having adequate dresser space to unpack was a disaster. Also 2 of the rooms were boiling with no way to adequately control the temperature. When asked if the manager was avaailble the staff was not sure when they would be in. Nice enough staff and location but this is NOT a 4-star property.

Convenient hotel in Salzburg

The location, breakfast, staff were all good. Coffee machine and hair dryer were great.

Very bad smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. stains on the carpet. loud street and only possible to heat the room during winter months. service takes a long time.
