The NH Collection Palazzo Verona is a beautiful and conveniently located hotel in the heart of Verona's historical center. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are charming and wel (Read More)l-equipped. However, the inability to adjust room temperature independently is a notable drawback. The breakfast offers a good selection, but some dishes may be lacking in taste. Overall, the hotel provides a comfortable and luxurious stay with excellent service, although there are some minor issues that could be improved.

Very good location, enjoyable stay but not a 5-star experience

The location of this property was fantastic and the staff were very sweet and reasonably helpful. Also the Roman ruins underneath the hotel that were on display were worth noting. In the room, the bed was very good, comfortable and the pillows equally soft and nice.

The property though has a 5 star rating, its probably at the best a 4-star. The corridors are like student halls. And the rooms very dimly lit. We had booked a junior suite, where the sofa went constantly wonky if you sat on it. Also most junior suites have a walk-in-shower. This only had a bathtub which was very high and hard to get into, even for my husband, who usually doesnt mind these things. The room service food was also over-priced to the quantity served. And the reception/concierge would not book tickets etc for experiences/museums, they only would guide you how to buy if you went with your credit card to the reception or send you the links, which was strange for a hotel claiming to be 5-star or having a concierge facility!

The location was excellent and the property was very chic. The bedroom had a beautiful bathroom and a good selection of beverages. The bed was super comfy.
