Beautiful hotel, comfortable stay, friendly staff, and unbeatable location.

An incredibly beautiful hotel with all the trappings!! Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, especially with my broken Italian. Location cant be beat; one street in from Piazza Bra and the Arena means its close to everything AND its less noisy. The room was gorgeous and comfortable.

The mattress was a little bit stiff for my liking but honestly everything else made it MORE than worth it.

Everyhting. The location, the room, clean bathroom, the staff, everyone was kind. Just a great experience with great authentic breakfast. Would 100% recommend. They also have a private garage for the car.

Central & spacious rooms

Room was very spacious. Location is near the main tourist areas. Many restaurants around. Room is dated but I guess thats the charm of the hotel?

AC could not be used because it is winter season. However it is not peak winter when we were visiting. Needed the AC for ventilation as well. Does not feel safe leaving the windows open as the balcony seems to be connected to the rooms next door.
