OK value ok location ok service good breakfast and view nothing more, nothing less. Not fantastic

Still not too far from the "centre" with a good walking distance to good restaurants. Nice view over the bay. Fairly reasonably priced. Very good breakfast and very comfy rooms.

The rooms are little noisy from the traffic. Very big hotel which is very impersonal. Just like every other large international hotel. Nothing special about this one.

hotel is clean and has basic room amenities. Location was convenient.

Hotel is definitely not 5 star worth. Rooms are a bit old and outdated. After checking in- staff didn't bother to call the bell boy to help carry luggage to the room (which is expected out of a 5 star hotel) and we had to carry everything by ourselves. Any question asked to the concierge results in them forcing the highest review out of us.

Very good

My husband and I enjoyed our stay there. Location is good. The staff are helpful and courteous.

Staff was polite and helpful. Even the GM Mr Julian Wiper greeted us!

I noticed that the driveway to the main entrance is quite dark. I think it would be better if its brightly lit. Makes you feel so brightened up when entering.
