Surprisingly bad. There was no stay

Nothing the stay didnt happen, and Ive called Booking to inform what happened and to complain also called Moxy to try to fix the issue, and their staff was terrible.

The stay was cancelled by the hotel! When my wife and my son arrived at the hotel, the staff said they did not hace a room, and that it is a common practice in the industry having overbooking.

Very good

Location was incredible for Richmond Half Marathon! Property was lovely.

I had a quote from Booking.com for $478/night (including fees). I was charged $600! My confirmation number is: 3782244940 The hotel is avoiding me. I have called several times to question the discrepancy, and they do not call back or say they cannot handle my request bc the manager is busy or pre-occupied. Hmmmm.

Conveniently located and attractive hotel.

Hotel was nice and comfortable. Also quiet. Friendly staff. Minimal amenities, but that was fine with me.

No housekeeping during stay, which was fine with me. Could have had more choices in their convenience store.

You should calibrate your expectations.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. There is a "take your own" closet full of extra towels, blankets, and toiletries. There's also a huge TV in the room if you're going to watch something. They also give you a free drink to the bar.

This place is pretty much only acceptable if you're traveling by your self, and staying a night or two. With three people in a double room for 4 nights, it was terrible. No fridge, microwave, or coffee in the room. The rooms were cramped, and badly designed, the coffee in the lobby was pretty terrible, and there was no complimentary breakfast.

I truly enjoyed the nighttime bar and foosball!

The location was great! We walked everywhere from Moxy! We walked to restaurants, the trolley, and the walking bridge.

Fabulous and responsive staff made the stay like one with attentive friends

Lots of ways to hang up clothes; the mirror in the room was remarkable, natural light, great tv and internet; excellent coffee; funky lobby, and a hallway of 33 1/3 rpm memories
