Hotel was very clean and elegant. Location is good. Staff are very welcoming and helpful!!

On the 4th night of our stay we realised that our door did not lock at all. So we slept 3 whole nights with the door unlocked. After finding this out and letting reception know we were given another room. It was good that our room was near the original room but we still had to transfer Everything from one room to the next which took time.

Pretty, very modern hotel close to museum

This hotel was so lovely, the room was so cute and the facilities were amazing! I was only staying for one day but everyone made me feel so welcome. I really enjoyed my stay! It is also close to a very cool museum that is worth checking out, the museum of immigration!

Will be back when were next in Paris!

Beautiful hotel, decorated to perfection. Good location, far enough out of town to be quiet but the sites easily accessible. The staff were so personable and took the time to talk to everyone. A lovely environment.

Would have liked some tea and coffee facilities in the room.

This is what tourist need for great holiday.

Everything. Exepctionall staff, very clean hotel with good location. It was very calm. If we needed anything they tried to help us. Close to everything, but far enough for peace. If Im coming again to Paris, I will sure choose this hotel first because they were really friendly and funny.

Modern, clean, large room for a great price but far from the city center

A modern, clean (no, stop asking about bedbugs in Paris, there were none!) and surprisingly large room on a quiet property. There is a very pretty museum on one side and a park across the hotel (itself situated a way back from the road) which gives it a quiet, introspective vibe in a very busy city. Introverts and joggers rejoice! There is a buffet breakfast you can prepurchase or pay for each day. Compared to the combos you can buy in the city bistros it's a good offer. The room price is a deal as hotels in Paris cost an arm and a leg normally. The staff were extra helpful and nice.

I was very much aware that it's far from the city center and yes, it is indeed very far. The metro stop is a 5 minute walk but even so it takes at least 20 minutes to get close to Ile-de-France. I like walking so it was fine, but keep in mind you do walk and climb a lot of stairs while taking the metro (hey, free cardio) so it might not be for everyone. A minor thing was that the shower had no partition, which gets the water everywhere. Also, the water tended to pool on the floor and not drain properly.

Close to public transport to easily get into the touristic parts of Paris. The hotel is clean and very tidy, quiet at night time and I even had a room in front of the road.

Magnificent place in a top location.

The location is just perfect! Calm, safe and central area in Paris, very very close to the bus station Bercy. It all made a high quality impression, the guests were fancy as well. Big shoutout to everybody working at the reception (especially the woman from Stuttgart!!). They were all really friendly and polite.

A fridge in the room would be really cool.. also, the water pressure in the shower is really low. Some one-way slippers would also be quite nice. Plus the waitress at the bar working the Night Shift really didnt seem to be in a good mood, maybe just tired though, idk.
