The road connecting the main Munnar road to the hotel is completely broken. Please try to get that road built.

Disappointing

we booked room for 27k and the rooms are not worth atleast 2k. our room doest even have a ceiling fan instead they had a table fan . And the complimentary breakfast was not that good the food was tasteless. bathroom was smelly.

Nice location but could be cleaner and more welcoming.

Really nice view if the tea plantation from the room. Breakfast was good.

Check-in staff was not welcoming which made the stay less enjoyable.

Property is inside. No proper road & not worth the money spent.

Clean & staff were good. Good balcony.

1. Room size small 2. hot water connection in wash basin was wrong. Bathroom lock was not proper. 3. Main door need to be latched to close. Otherwise it opens. 4. Very inside. Not as shown in pictures. 5. Cant walk near by after sunset. No street lights. Car is must.

Good one

Rooms are clean and spacious. Balcony view is just amazing and food was decent enough with good taste.

Its situated about 14-15 kms away from Munnar city which makes it difficult to arrange for transportation for day tours as hotel wasn't able to help us with rental bookings. Facilities were not up to 4-star hotel.
