Disappointing

Could have had a better experience for the money i paid.

The breakfast was fine

Housekeeping definitely needs to improve. i paid a bomb and i now think i could have stayed at teh same cost in a better hotel. Also, i booked my room through booking.com. The treatment was quite embarrassing.

Minerva GRAND does not live up to its name. It will not be my place of choice at my next visit to Secunderabad.

- Extremely central location in Secunderabad - Large old room with an old-fashioned bathroom. - Daily local Newspaper (TOI) was provided. - Two small bottles of Drinking Water were provided complimentary each day of my stay - Efficient Same Day Laundry Service - Very clean premises

1. No Safe provided when requested for safe custody of my Passport and other valuables. 2. No Ceiling Fan in the Room so it was compulsory to use the A/C permanently for ventilation. 3. There are no Reading Lights at the head of Bedside so one is forced to sit at the table to read. 4.There are NO TV Channels available in the Set in the Room. When inquired, Receptionist informed that the required Channels need to be configured by a Technician. This was not informed to me at the time of Check In. Even after the Technician provided access to a few channels, still it was extremely cumbersome to identify these. 5. One chair was very rundown with ragged, torn upholstery

Hopeless maintenance. No renovation. Not at all suggestible

There is nothing which has to be liked. Room has no renovation. Flooring is damaged. Bathrooms not maintained. Drainage not proper.

no pillow covers at checkin no room service cleaning the next day even saw a cockroach in room at the time of checkin whole fooor smells of smoke (smoking) even after letting them know we needed non smoking room and floor
