not value for money- waste of money

the location and the view was the best thing rest it was not good at all

staff was very unresponsive. sad part was there was no food after 10 pm and kitchen staff did not even pick up the phone after 9. when we asked for plates also they said kitchen is closed. i had to take the plates myself from the kitchen where staff was roaming here and there. very bad service bu recpetion and staff people. not at happy. will not recommend this hotel to anyone

poor management and no checking by booking.com before registering such properties

the property was clean and accessible

1. the services (spa) as mentioned in the website is not available at the property 2. the category of rooms booked through the website was different after reporting at the hotel 3. no buffet breakfast was served. buffet was shut down without intimation at 0700h as a larger group had requested for early breakfast. we were served in the room. 4. this behaviour from a 3+ star rated property on booking.com is not acceptable.
