Excellent place to stay and relax with great ambience and mouth watering food, great spa.

Breakfast was excellent. The F&B staffs were excellent. Overall Dining experience is awesome . Room was very big with big balcony, which has an wow factor. Cleanliness of the room was very very nice along with the second service . Amenities in the room along with ample drinking water supply and fantastic Tea was awesome. The whole front office team was excellent. Moreover the security personnel are also very nice. The bell desk people are also very nice, they communicate good. Overall experience was very very good.

VERY GOOD . ELABORATE SPREAD OF VEG--NON VEG ITEMS, WELL MADE . SERVICE WAS TOO GOOD. RIGHT FROM CHECK IN AND TOUR OF PROPERTY EVERYTHING WAS JUST SUPERB. ADARSH, NILRATAN, AND VIRANCHI NEED SPECIAL APPRECIATION.

BEING AWAY AND OUT, LITTLE DIFFICULTTO REACH PROPERTY . HOWEVER EVERYTHING GETS COMPENSATED BY ITS LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS,LAND SCAPING AND TASTEFUL COLLECTIONS OF STATUES, PLANTS AND BOATING IN THE LAKE .

room was not even average, in picture it was totally different and real it was completely disaster. staff claimed, none of the room looked like on picture. picture dont belong to their property !! this is so deceptive. not booking any thing from this site/app ever

Not what I expected...

The spacious surroundings with abundant greenery provided a refreshing atmosphere. The room size was generous, offering plenty of comfort. The staff's behavior was impeccable, from the welcoming reception staff to the efficient travel desk. The travel desk and availability of a club car/buggy added to the convenience of getting around. The check-in and check-out experience was smooth and hassle-free, ensuring a pleasant overall stay. And let's not forget the fantastic views from the room simply breathtaking.

While my stay had its highlights, there were notable downsides as well. Firstly, the property displayed signs of age and insufficient maintenance, which was evident in the overall structure. Regrettably, the issue extended to the water amenities as well there was no hot water in the bathtub, and the shower provided only lukewarm water. Moreover, a pervasive moldy and humid smell permeated throughout the rooms, with the bathroom emitting an unwelcome urine odor and lacking thorough cleanliness beyond surface tidiness. Dining experiences were less than satisfactory. The restaurant offered a limited menu, and the staff's knowledge and assistance left much to be desired. In the spa, the absence of hot water posed an inconvenience, particularly when it came to rinsing off massage oil. While the breakfast was passable, it didn't quite live up to the expectations of a five-star establishment. The buffet lacked variety, which, in comparison to modern standards, felt somewhat lacking. In summary, the property, though once possibly a five-star gem, falls short of that mark in 2023. The aging infrastructure, lack of renovations, and outdated facilities contributed to a less-than-optimal experience.

A sprawling lap of luxury right near Raipur airport

Mayfair Lake resort is a sprawling property right beside an expansive lake, and conveniently located near Swami Vivekananda Airport, Raipur. The rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished with a delightful touch of luxury. The staff are competent and courteous. The food is great, and the breakfast buffet was also elaborate.

The indoor kid's play area should be better maintained. My children liked them, but the room was dusty and stinky.
