Property and location was good

Resturant food and service was very bad no hot water no proper wifi they will charge you 6000 rupees per day but not even provide you a single water bottle without charges. They are not even concern about service so I would say for go for some other good options

Great location but property could be managed better

Location

Towel and linen provided were not very clean. The staff hesitated to provide extra towels. Breakfast was average , quality of food was not great. Parking was bit of a hassle. Hair dryer not provided Bed and mattress was uncomfortable.

Amazing place with exceptional staff

We spent 5 nights at Martins Crest and more than enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is also very good, the beach is only a few meters away and there is also a selection of restaurants nearby (in addition to the little restaurant in the hotel itself, which offers Indian/Goan dishes). However, we would particularly like to emphasize the absolutely helpful and courteous staff of the hotel, who always immediately took care of our individual wishes (e.g. laundry service, tours on our own, restaurant recommendations, etc.). Thank you, Richie & team for the wonderful time!

Absolutely amazing staff who left us with memorable experiences

We loved the beautiful terrace deck with stunning views where delicious traditional breakfast was served. We very much liked the food made by chef Ramesh in general and, a few times we had a dinner in their restaurant as well. There are comfy loungers and a swing chair to chill and watch the sunset. There's also a nice and calm swimming pool to cool down. Some other details we appreciated a lot were the very soft, thick and clean towels and the fridge. The most of all, we really appreciated the amazing staff, extremely friendly and service oriented who went above and beyond for us with their daily recommendations, and they left us with memorable experiences. Special thanks to Aniket and Ritchi.

Superb

Friendly, comfortable stay

Richie as his family/staff were very welcoming and friendly. We loved the pool, the view from the terrace, and our comfortable, clean room. The little village was quiet and we could walk to patnem from there or a closer quieter beach. The Wi-Fi was spotty at times in our room but we could get it in the communal areas, they came to try and fix the issue, and they offered to change our room for better signal which was nice. They even invited us to join in their birthday meal of local goan cuisine!

However we did spend more time in patnem and palolem as they had shops/restaurants so the location was not quite so good for this.
