Marriott's Crystal Shores is a beautiful resort with friendly, attentive staff and amazing location. Guests were impressed by the spacious and well-appointed rooms, as well as the cleanliness of the (Read More)resort. The activities team provided excellent entertainment and the three pools were enjoyable. Some guests had minor issues with maintenance, but overall, the staff went above and beyond to make the stay special. The front desk service received mixed reviews, with some finding it rude.

Everything except the poor service at the beach , that could make this beautiful place outstanding

The staff were not rude but so far from nice as usually at any hotel in Marco Island, no criticism but the hotel is super good so , just to get the staying much better.

Best place in Marco Island !!

Staff and facilities were nice . Social distancing and very clean amenities. We were a group.of 8 ppl from Texas, had a very nice stay .. 10/10 definitely will come back !! Thanks
