Superb

Ideal for staying while exploring Marco Island.

Proximity to restaurants and Tiger Tail beach. Efficient check in, friendly and helpful check in staff. Clean room. We appreciated having a fridge, microwave, a Keurig machine, plates and silverware in the room. The view from the balcony was excellent. Great value for the price! We will be back again.

Some of the plug points were not working.

Lovely clean apartments

The apartment was comfortable and clean and more than well equipped for our stay. It was everything we needed and was great for the price we paid. We did not use the washing facilities or the swimming pool but both looked fine to use. Particular shout out to the lovely lady on the reception desk who was extremely welcoming and helpful. One day she helped us book a kayaking tour which we couldnt do ourselves due to no mobile phone service. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for this!

Location was excellent, 3 minutes from Walgreens, Publix, numerous and varied restaurants and shops. Tigertail beach was 8 minutes.

Pleasant lakeside location

Having a sitting area/kitchen in addition to the bedroom is great when traveling. The room was recently renovated (we've stayed there before) and it's nice to be able to sit on the balcony and look out at the lake. Very quiet and a short walk/drive to many restaurants.

The new walk-in shower needs mats and a grab bar. It can be slippery and there is no way to catch yourself. Also, the staff needs better training. They may be new and friendly, but they didn't have many answers to basic questions (e.g. why no hair dryer in the room?). Also, get pest control; we saw a huge cockroach!

Very clean, located close to the beach and shops etc. Nice setup with the kitchen and living room.

The bed wasnt terribly comfortable and there are no ceiling fans in the bedroom either. The air handler made a loud gurgling noise multiple times a night, which woke us both up. The walls are pretty thin I was able to hear our neighbors conversation and then later here him snoring. There are also some extremely loud birds that almost sound like monkeys that start very early back on the lake. So If you stay here bring yourself a fan or white noise machine as neither of us slept well at all.

There is a nice little beach in the back near the lake and pool. They could really make this a nice chill area but we had to do that ourselves because it was a messy place when we went there. Owner could really step his game up there

The rooms are lacking complete charm. White bright lights everywhere, a very loud ac on the balcony which felt a bit like a prison...

Very good

We were surprised how much room there was. Everything was very clean and they had all the paper products formed into a decorative touch which was nice to see.

The shower could have used a shelf. For one night we made the best of it.
