Beautiful

I loved the view and our beach and the condos. Everyone was very nice that worked there and the building was beautiful.

The parking garage was under repair so we had to have valet every time we had to get our car. I also wish it had had laundry in unit.

Unit was Clean. Check in and out was easy.

Lack of amenities. No beach chairs or umbrellas included. The entire complex lacks quantity and any extra attention to their customers. No food options available .

Looks like a neglected resort

Close to beach. Had a pool.

Rude check in lady. Condo needs updating. Slow draining bathroom sink. Hate the garage parking and elevators up and down and back and forth from garage to condo building.

The location of the hotel was perfect

Bathroom sink was clogged, refrigerator froze food, tV didnt work (kept saying no signal). When reported to front desk staff we were told we had to call Vacasa Customer service since we booked through them. Once we finally talked to them they sent someone to look at the items and only fixed the tv.

lovely stay but be mindful this resort is really more of a condo. the property itself has minimal staff

beautiful location, a/c in the unit was super cold, beds were comfortable

minimal staff, no pool bar/food, pool was clean but there were tons of bristles from the pool brush they splintered toes and fingers, couch in the unit had some stains and tears

Average stay for a $400 plus cleaning fee tacked on to our room.

had a nice warm pool

elevator in the garage didnt work so we had to take our luggage up and down stairs to get them to our room. very inconvenient. No signs for where the pool towels were until we finally discovered them in our room in the closet. Found a large dead cockroach in the bathroom upon arrival.
