Attention to detail and elegant design make for a top-tier experienc (Read More)e. Situated in a great location near Sawmill Market and within walking distance of attractions. The hotel provides luxurious rooms, excellent food and drinks at Level 5, and a lovely spa. The only suggested improvement is to keep the rooftop bar open later. Overall, Hotel Chaco is highly recommended for its exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and beautiful atmosphere.

Great staff and wonderful rooms

Very clean, room was spacious and had great amenities. Staff are friendly and very helpful, and it had good proximity to restaurants.

Wifi was slow. The valet was weird as there isnt someone waiting for your car when you arrive (everyday i had to give my keys to the receptionist). The location is a little off the beaten road (if you want to be in the old town with everything within walking distance, this might not be the place).

The best value for a luxury experience.

My experience at Hotel Chaco was the most top tier I have ever had. There is so much careful attention to detail. So many different textures on the walls! The grand entrance is breathtaking and there are a wide range of amenities that make you feel rejuvenated. I was blown away by the bedding. Every sheet was soft and crisp and the pillows were exactly what I needed for the best sleep Ive had in a long time. The balcony is so intimate and I was able to see the mountains my view. It is right across the street from the Sawmill market which has a range of delicious options, but the resident chef at Chaco curated a well crafted menu. Every staff I met was warm and accommodating. If ever I end up back in Albuquerque, I will certainly rest my head at Hotel Chaco

Beautiful hotel would definitely stay again

Unique room with beautiful decor. Restaurant was amazing. And walking distance from other great food.

The sinks were pretty but wouldnt drain and the view was the parking lot.

disappointing & overpriced

Was given a room over the entrance , loud and dark! Ask to be moved to a room on the backside with balkony and view, took them 3h. , in the mean time front desk staff deactivated both key cards to the room to make our stay even more "plesend" ...Absolutely refused to refund me the difference in room rate as I had originaly a more expensive room! To round it of, there Sunday brunch on the 5th floor restaurant is advertised from 8AM on, when we showed up at 8:15AM nothing was set up and we where asked to "get out!" by rude staffer!
