Very good

Location is best of all and smpliy location is enchanting. Located on top of a coffee estate. Frequent tips via jeep arranged by resort itself to reach to the resort on top of the hill. Swimming pool was at its best again.

Seriously service is lacking for the enchanting location stay. Food timing are so weired like in jail canteen with strick time for worst food. As said only way to reach the resort is via jeep arranged by resort itself. Unless you bring yourself food, drinks or any other things of your choice from town you will be doomed. Service needs to be improved a lot for such a wonderful place. And one more thing there is no intercom connected to the rooms, have to walk long way to office to get the limited service. Hope management would consider to upgrade the quality of the service.

Perfect stay

The wooden cottage where we stayed was amazing. It was neat and clean. The staff was professional and attended to all our needs on time. Breakfast and dinner was very good. Network at the property is also very good. We didn't gave any issues at the stay. The location of the stay is beautiful, as it's quiet and peaceful and dinner filled with lush green surroundings. The jeep ride to the stay is also comfortable and in my opinion old people can also ride in the jeep.

Lighting in the wooden cottage can be improved.

Wonderful experience

The location is great. It is wonderful place to get away from the busy life. The place is in the middle of the plantations and the resort provides a jeep service for the offroad. The garden and the surroundings are well maintained. The manager was very kind and the staff were also wonderful. The breakfast and dinner was great. My friend also enjoyed the company of the pet cat.

Having a wifi network will be a great addition.

Staff was courteous.

We were given an isolated place with no connectivity to the resort. There was no water in the morning and the place was really expensive

Superb

We stayed in standard cottage, very big rooms with a sit out area, very nice property on the hills. We have to go off road on a resort zeep, which is included in the stays. Breakfast didn't have too much variety but was okay to start the day, had puddu, bread, butter and omlette. You have to be prepared for food, either book buffette around 450 or prepared to go out in zeep since no a-la-carte available. Swimming pool is also good. They helped with boarding and deboarding of luggage as well. Very nice ambiance and surrounding.

No restaurant and ordering as- you want available only pre booked buffet.

it was good very lovely property but food could have been better.

Its a fantastic property just the right place for a relaxing holiday.

Food was a challenge as there was no chef and the food was getting ordered from outside. Taste and value for money were not satisfactory. We were told that it was temporary arrangement as their chef was unwell but we felt the food getting organised could have been better for the money getting charged.
