Exceptional

Great staff at reception, very convenient location to visit all main attractions, beautiful rooftop pool. The value for money is hard to beat as the rooms are very good, with balconies and even free minibar with some drinks. Rooms are well equipped and beds are comfy and decent-sized. Really loved Marino Beach club, extremely clean, private to the hotel, great food at reasonable prices and a shuttle each hour running till 7 pm.

Maybe the lack of food options on the rooftop, while we stayed the Ocean restaurant didnt open and we had to eat at the Chinese one-not bad but definitely limiting and unimpressive

We like the pool area, gym, breakfast and our room. Room was clean, well organised with all necessary things.

Hotel was quite crowded. Therefore, sometimes we had problem with service during breakfast

Generally ok, but overpriced and the service is poor

The rooftop pool and garden were really nice. The room was spacious and clean with a balcony and a side sea view. The hotel beach club is pretty good.

The staff was not as nice and helpful as in other locations. One time we didd not get any towels after the room cleaning and we had to call the reception 3 times before they sent them to us. The restaurant and indoor bar are very poor. The TV is not smart (i.e. no Netflix, just the regular channels), and the hotel does not have the licence to broadcast movies on regular channels to their guests.
