Beautiful apartment room with balcony, will definitely return!

Apartment balcony was beautiful with view of the sea and illuminations outside. We worried the room would be cold but it was lovely and toasty even with the balcony doors open. Breakfast was lovely, everything we needed, and owners (mother and son team) were friendly and helpful. I asked for the room to be dressed for a birthday and it was beautiful.

A comfortable and pleasant stay.

Great location, close to the town centre and great transport links. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Exceptional

The guys that own this lovely hotel are absolutely fantastic hosts , everything was explained clearly , with plenty of tips on what to do around the area . We got a room upgrade with balloons and banners and bottle of wine as we were celebrating a birthday . Room was very spacious with tea coffee making facilities in a kitchenette with fridge freezer , bathroom was spacious with a double shower . All was fresh and very very clean . I could not fault our stay just a shame we had to cut our visit short due to an emergency at home . Would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to friends . Thanks for a great stay see you soon

Great location, lovely staff, nice breakfast. Bedroom and bathroom was clean.

Room a little small but okay for just sleeping. Wish the bed was bigger.

Enjoyed our stay. The owners were very nice . breakfast was nice. The bed was comfy. The room was ok but didn't really look like the pictures we saw on booking dot com.

We didn't realise it was has far out off Blackpool has it was ,we walked into the centre 3 times took us about 25min ,we caught the tram too 6.20 each way .our shower in our room wasn't very powerful
