A comfy and lovely stay in a great location. Very family-friendly.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Clean rooms.

The rooms were a little dark. This might be by design, but we wish there were more lights.

The check in process is very slow, and the staff who have done it, seems is not focused or not trained , i lost more than 500 saudi Riyal , because of their mistake

Disappointing

Good hotel, but the outside noise is unbearable I couldn't sleep well because of the car noises.

The room was clean.

The outside noise is unbearable, I couldn't sleep because of the car noise outside. I suggest to replace the windows with a sound proof windows to reduce the outside noise.
