Disappointing

Beachside woolshed

Staff friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool

There was a list of maintenance issues in the room. The most significant impact on our stay was an overpowering odour of a woolshed in the unit that did not disapate over the course of our 4 night stay. This issue would appear isolated to the unit my family stayed in as other family members staying in other units did not suffer the same offensive odour. A list of maintenance tasks required was left with staff team leader on our departure.

Very good

The Mantra Coolangatta is centrally located to the beach, restaurants and shopping outlets. Our beds were very comfortable, so we all had wonderful sleeps.

Hot water in our room was playing up on the last day but I believe there was an issue on this day.

A beautiful location and great accommodation.

Brilliant location and hotel. Spacious and modern. Comfortable and private. Early check-in was fantastic. Lovely staff.

I asked 6 months prior for a room on higher floor and got level 5. I asked if something higher was available and the receptionist answered the 1 bdm is only available level 5-9. I asked for a higher level and received the lowest available. Just disappointing as Ive stayed 4-5 times prior. Would have appreciated the request a little more accommodated.
